vanilla ice cream
1. Line the round molds of the same diameter as the McVitie’s Digestive Integral biscuits with cling film.
2. Fill the molds with vanilla ice cream, level and place in the freezer for at least 3-4 hours. After the time in the freezer, remove the ice cream from the molds, also removing the film, and lay it on the biscuits. Then cover the ice cream with other biscuits, like making sandwiches.
3. Roll the ice cream biscuits sideways in the chocolate chips or chips before serving. They are kept in the freezer wrapped in kitchen film.
