Apple crumble in small glasses
McVitie’s Avena Classic
50 g butter
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 Golden apple
165 g spreadable cheese
50 g icing sugar
2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon
1. Peel the apple and cut it into cubes. To prepare the crumble, crumble the McVitie’s Avena Classic biscuits coarsely, and set them aside. Melt the butter in a non-stick pan over low heat until it is heated, then add the crumbled biscuits, the apple, the sugar, the cinnamon powder and cook for a few minutes.
2. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese and the icing sugar with an electric mixer.
3. Take the small glasses and pour two teaspoons of crumble, the cream cheese and finally a sprinkle of cinnamon (or ginger, according to personal taste) on the bottom. Leave everything to rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
To vary the preparation of the cream, you can use a mixture made up of half cream cheese and half of custard or whipped cream.
